Computer Software Conference

The design concept for this event was to fully transform the event space with LED banners with changing graphics that surrounded the attendees. The general session stage sat people in a semi-circle to give each attendee an optimal viewing experience. The back walls of the stage then opened to allow entry to an awards segment, and later closed for a panel discussion. The versatile design allowed for the same space to be used several ways, providing an engaging and memorable environment for this company event.
